Today’s post holds a very special place in my heart not only because of the gorgeous florals but it’s held in the country where I got engaged just over 2 years ago. You may hear all kinds of stories about South Africa being dangerous, but trust me, it’s a fascinating country filled with friendly people, a rich history and breathtaking nature. Desmond Tutu coined it Rainbow Nation for a reason. If it’s too far a country for your destination wedding, have a think about it for your engagement photos or even your honeymoon. Often, we see couples packing their bags for Paris or Florence just because it’s deemed a romantic city without considering possibly better alternatives.
